Upon installation, your robot is automatically connected to the service server. This service enables remote diagnosis of the robot’s work, as well as remote support.  Our well functioning technical service guarantees that the device will be fully supported at all times. The service support also includes updating to latest software available. As a result, your robot will always use the latest and up-to-date technologies.

After 30 days from the installation of the pharmacy robot, a free warranty inspection will be carried out with the possibility of supplementary training.
